Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of New York. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Fulfillment Policy

At Professional Corporate Filings/BOI Pros, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Refunds

We may offer returns in the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract.
  • Corporate filing deadlines terms and conditions apply as state deadlines expedite our delivery process to the client in order to meet said state mandated deadlines.
  • All refunds are subject to the engaging party acknowledging that they will contact Professional Corporate Filings no later than when they have received PCF’s filing acknowledgement certificate for a refund request .
  • No Dispute. The parties acknowledge that the obligations to be performed by the parties at the date of signing of this Agreement under the original contract have been completely performed, and there is no debtor-creditor relationship based on the original contract among the parties any more (and if such debtor-creditor relationship exists, the obligee shall hereby waive such right free of charge, unconditionally and permanently by signing this agreement).

Cancellation Policy

The following are to note:

  • You can cancel a contract only if you request a refund within the parameters of our terms and conditions.
  • Once you cancel any information you have provided to Professional Corporate Filings will be purged from our encrypted database.
  • All cancellation must be in writing .
  • It should be noted that a filing may carry a state or federal fee. Our service is to provide a streamlined process to review and file your companies filings to steer clear of issues and be compliant. Our fee agreement is based on the rates of the professionals at Professional Corporate Filings. And cancellations are not applicable when the service has been rendered.
